Dec 20, 2013 I notice there is no popup client download for OS X 10.6 anymore. (I only noticed cause I had a user to set up with 10.6 today.) I was able to get the file from an old image, but does the Pharos popup client no longer support OS X 10.6 or older? Pharos Uniprint Client for OS X. Uniprint client for Mac OS X. Page last updated: February 11, 2016. Return to the software list. Install Pharos Popup 9.0.1. Download and extract the appropriate package for your operating system from the links above. NOTE: The color and black-and-white printers must be installed separately. Find the downloaded file and double-click it to run the Pharos Popup installer. Click the Install button in the installer window.
When installing the new Pharos Remote client, please make sure to uninstall the old version of the client.
As of fall 2019, you are no longer required to install and use remote printing software - simply log in to the UPrint portal and print from the new web interface.
To uninstall the Pharos Popup client please follow the directions listed below:

- Open Finder window and select Macintosh HD on your primary hard drive.
- Then select Library > Application Support > Pharos > Utilities.
- Double click the Uninstaller application and check the box next to Pharos Popup. Click Continue.
- Click Continue again and enter the administrator Name and Password if necessary.
- Following the uninstallation, click Done.
- The Pharos Popup should now be uninstalled and remote printers should be removed.
Uniprint Download
To mount Macintosh HD on your desktop please follow the directions listed below:

- Go to Finder > Preferences.
- Select Sidebartab.
- Under Show these items in the sidebar, select Hard disks
- Macintosh HD will now appear in the Finder window under Devices.
Please Note: Printers will automatically be removed by uninstalling the Popup software.
